onedrive alternative Microsoft OneDrive About

Microsoft OneDrive is an online file hosting service that uses cloud computing policies to provide users with a secure way to store most of their files in an accessible and efficient way. Files stored in OneDrive can be accessed from any computer when a user logs in to their account in a web browser.

Microsoft OneDrive offers free and paid versions for personal use and various paid plans for business use. There are three business plans, including only two storage, one storage and the Office365 Business Premium package. Storage amounts for personal use plans vary with free versions from 5GB to 5TB.

Users can store files such as documents, spreadsheets, photos, and music, and share the files they upload with other users. All plans, including the free version, provide access to online versions of Microsoft products such as Word and PowerPoint. Paid personal plans provide offline access so that users cannot access their folders and can work in their documents even if there is no Internet.
